This spacious residence is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first floor features a bedroom equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed, along with an adjoining full bathroom accessible from the hall. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed, a TV, and an adjoining full bathroom. For additional guests, the living room sofa conveniently opens into a queen bed.

Inside, you will find a gorgeous kitchen featuring granite counters, a tile backsplash, and seating for two. The open floor plan leads into a great room with high ceilings and a dining table that seats six. The living area is furnished for comfort and includes a large HDTV and a DVD player. Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon and golf courses through large picture windows, or step outside to the deck with seating for four to enjoy evening dinners and cool drinks. The upstairs master balcony provides an additional serene spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Location highlights include easy access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and various golf facilities. Guests will enjoy inclusive amenity access to Seabrook Island Club facilities, with complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Please note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island; a digital QR code linked to your credit card is used for all purchases and facility entry.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. This is a dog-friendly home welcoming up to 2 dogs with additional pet fees. A maximum of 2 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and while the first gate pass is included, additional passes are $45 per vehicle. Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) rentals are permitted subject to registration, insurance, and SIPOA rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival are refunded minus $250; cancellations within 30 days forfeit all funds. For monthly winter rentals, the cutoff is 60 days. Mandatory evacuation orders by the Mayor result in prorated refunds.
