Designed for comfort, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The living area is bathed in sunshine thanks to cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows, offering a cozy spot to relax with a large HDTV and a sofa that opens into a queen-sized bed. The well-stocked kitchen boasts corian countertops, new white cabinets, and tile flooring, opening directly into the dining area for easy socializing.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully split across two levels. The first floor bedroom is decorated with a tropical flair, featuring twin beds, a desk, and sliding doors that lead directly to the patio deck. Upstairs, the lovely master suite serves as a private sanctuary with a king-sized bed, a second large HDTV, and an en suite bath with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. This suite also opens onto a private sun deck with a settee, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the distant sound of ocean waves.

Outdoor living is a highlight with a deck featuring a gas grill and an umbrella-covered table that seats six. • LSVs: Low Speed Vehicle rentals are permitted but require a dedicated gate pass and must meet all SIPOA registration and safety requirements.
• Amenity Access: Seabrook Island Club amenity access is included. This is a cashless community; a digital QR code is used for facility entry and purchases. While Beach Club and Lake House outdoor pools are free, activities such as golf, tennis, and the indoor pool incur additional fees.
