Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Official ID required; guests must be 21+ to reserve)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Late Arrival: Arrivals after 9:00 PM incur a $50 fee; no check-ins are permitted after 10:00 PM
• Late Departure: Departures until 3:00 PM incur a $50 fee and require prior approval
• Policies: No smoking (including balconies), no pets, and no parties or events
• Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for washing towels, dishes, and emptying garbage during their stay. Please note that body soap, shampoo, and other hygiene supplies are not provided.
