Its ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring tile flooring, a granite-topped vanity, and a relaxing jetted tub with a shower. A second full bathroom serves the home, boasting a granite-topped vanity and a beautifully tiled shower with an aqua accent stripe.

The heart of the home is the living room, where hardwood floors and gorgeous views create an inviting atmosphere, complemented by a wall-mounted large HDTV. • Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• Restrictions: LSV rentals are strictly prohibited at Pelican Watch Villas. Minimum booking age is 25.
• Cancellations: For stays under 179 nights, cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival are refunded less a $250 fee. Cancellations within 30 days result in forfeiture of funds.
