This level also hosts the dining area and a well-stocked kitchen featuring Coastal countertops and seating for six. For entertainment, large HDTVs are provided in both the living room and the master suite.

Guests can take a short walk to the community pool, kayak launch, and crabbing dock, or take a quick ride to explore 3.5 miles of pristine beach. Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle. A two-car carport is available.
• Vehicles: Only gas LSV rentals are permitted (gate pass required). LSVs must be registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA rules.
• Pets: Pet-friendly for one dog (fees apply); includes a special welcome station for your pet.
• Restrictions: Minimum age of 25. No smoking on property. No parties or large gatherings.
• Amenities: Amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club (golf, tennis, fitness center, and Beach Club pools) is available for purchase.
