Location & Neighborhood: Situated in the heart of Seabrook Island, this villa is ideally located less than half a mile from the Beach Club and oceanfront pools. Guests have access to The Lake House at Seabrook, which features an unheated outdoor pool for free, with an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and library available for a fee. For those seeking more activity, The Club at Seabrook provides guest access to golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, and various dining options within the security gate. If you are looking to explore further, the historic charm of downtown Charleston—renowned for its fine dining, local tours, and shopping—is only 24 miles away.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property. Regarding parking, there are 2 available spots; one parking pass is included with your reservation, while any additional passes are priced at $40 plus taxes. An airport shuttle is available for an extra fee.

Special Access Notes: Seabrook Island Club access can be purchased for $55 per day or $315 per week, granting entry to The Beach Club (seasonal from mid-March to October), golf, racquet sports, and club dining. Additionally, the Lake House indoor fitness pool and gym are available for $15 per day, with fitness classes offered for an extra fee. Pre-registration instructions will be provided upon booking.
