From the moment you enter, the stress of life beyond the gate disappears, replaced by uncompromising views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Edisto River. This retreat is perfectly positioned for those seeking peace, offering a private boardwalk that leads to a very quiet stretch of beach where you can watch sailboats glide across the water or dolphins chasing fish.

The interior exudes a coastal charm with soft gray wainscot paneling, hardwood flooring, and soaring cathedral ceilings finished in natural wood. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating in navy and white with red accents and whimsical sea creatures. A large HDTV and DVD player are available for entertainment, though please note the TV does not stream. The dining area includes a bright red-chaired table that seats four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, white wainscot cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a complete set of cookware and utensils.

Sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a king bed featuring high-quality linens, designed as a lovely retreat with a soothing color palette. This master suite includes an en suite bath with an extra-large rain shower head. For additional guests, the villa provides a second full bathroom with granite counters and a tile shower. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a washer and dryer in a convenient laundry closet.

Step outside onto the deck to overlook the Edisto River and take in the amazing sunsets. The villa is situated near hundreds of acres of natural landscape, yet it is just a short half-mile from the Seabrook Island House. Here, you can enjoy meals at the Palmetto Room or Bohicket Lounge, or visit the two Seabrook golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds. The seasonal Beach Club, with its oceanfront swimming pools and Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, is also located directly across from the clubhouse.

• Amenities: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is available for purchase. This is a cashless island; a digital QR code is used for all facility entries and purchases.
