• LSV Policy: Only gas LSVs are permitted. They must be registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA vehicle rules.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is available for purchase and is managed via a cashless digital QR code system.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are refunded minus a $250 fee. Cancellations within 30 days result in a full loss of funds.
