A second bedroom provides a queen bed with premium linens, while a versatile upstairs loft overlooking the living area is equipped with two twin beds, each featuring a trundle. For additional flexibility, the sunroom sofa doubles as a sleeper.

Step through the Southern porch into an interior defined by crisp, modern coastal decor with a palette of soft blues, sandy beiges, blush pinks, and whites. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings and a decorative fireplace, flowing seamlessly into a dining area with French bistro chairs and a well-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located just 0.6 miles from the acclaimed Seabrook Island Beach Club, guests enjoy proximity to award-winning golf and club dining. The Seabrook Island Lakehouse, Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, and Kiawah Island are all a short drive away, while historic downtown Charleston is a scenic 21-mile trip for fine dining and shopping.

Practical details include contactless keypad check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Please note that as a gated community, a $45 gate pass fee per vehicle applies (maximum 2 passes). Digital amenity access cards are included, providing exclusive entry to the beach club, dining, tennis, golf, and the Lakehouse outdoor pool.
