Smoking inside the house and parties or events are strictly prohibited. A maximum of two cars may be parked in the driveway. Guests are responsible for cleaning the gas grill and kitchen oven; failure to do so may result in a $150 cleaning fee. To book, the lead guest must be 27 years or older and provide a photocopy of a driver's license matching the credit card used for booking.
