• Neighborhood Pool

Located in a prime area, this retreat is conveniently situated near the Lake House, Equestrian, and Tennis Centers, making it an ideal home base for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. The surrounding area offers pristine beaches, scenic trails, and opportunities for fishing, swimming, and kayaking, as well as local dining and shopping experiences.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office.
• LSV Policy: Only GAS LSVs are permitted and require a gate pass. They must be registered, insured, have a 17-digit VIN, display an LSV license plate and a valid SIPOA entry pass. Drivers must have a valid license. No off-road tires are allowed. LSVs are for street use only and are prohibited on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. SC seat belt laws and child seat requirements apply.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is available for purchase. Once arranged through the Amenity Office, a digital QR code is used for entry and cashless payments. This includes use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool incur additional costs.
• Lake House Access: Managed by SIPOA. Lake House only access is available for those not purchasing full SIC Amenity Access. The outdoor pool is complimentary with a QR code, while the fitness center and indoor pool are available at a daily rate of $15 per person.
