• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)
• Gate Passes: The first pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a pet fee
• Restrictions: NO LSV rentals allowed
• Amenity Access: Seabrook Island Club access is available for purchase separately
• Cancellation: For stays under 30 days, cancellations made 30+ days prior are refunded less a $250 fee; otherwise, all monies are forfeited
