• Pets: Allowed (up to 3 pets max). Fee is $100 for 2 pets; a 3rd pet is an additional $50. Please pick up after pets.
• House Rules: Shoes must be removed in the mudroom to avoid a $350 cleaning fee. Only toilet paper may be flushed due to the septic system.
• Trash: Must be stored in the red bin in the mudroom; no trash left outside. A free dump site is 3 miles away, or a $15 pick-up option is available.
• Restrictions: Fireplaces and fire pits are not for guest use. The detached garage must not be blocked.
• Notes: A small bridge on site may be challenging for very large vehicles. Guests may hear a train pass through a few times daily.
