Designed as the perfect island getaway, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests in beds. The first level houses the master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, a 55” HDTV with Netflix, and access to a private deck. Adjoined to the master is the guest bunk room, which includes one set of extra-long twin bunk beds, its own privacy door, and access to the lower-level deck. Both bedrooms share the master bath, which is appointed with a marble vanity, a tub/shower combination, and a hair dryer. For additional flexibility, a sleeper sofa is located in the sun room.

The middle level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining room with seating for eight. Adjacent is the beautiful kitchen, which comes fully stocked with stainless appliances and marble countertops. Crisp and clean modern décor runs throughout the entire residence.

Located for maximum convenience, the villa is close to the Tennis Center, Lake House, and local bike paths. Guests can also enjoy a neighborhood pool and community dock.

Vehicle & Access Rules:

• Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 pm–7 am).
• The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle and must be requested via the office.
• Only GAS LSVs are allowed and require a gate pass. LSVs must be registered, insured, have a 17-digit VIN, a valid license plate, and a SIPOA entry pass. No off-road tires are permitted.
• LSVs are for street use only and are prohibited on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf courses, boardwalks, or beaches.

Amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club (including oceanfront pools, golf, and tennis) and Lake House facilities is available for separate purchase through a digital QR code system. Seabrook Island is a cashless community.
