The living area is designed for relaxation, offering comfortable seating including a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 55" Smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a wonderful screened porch, providing the perfect vantage point to watch the natural wonders of the tidal marsh.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene sanctuary with a classic blue and white palette, a king bed, a 32" Smart TV, and an en-suite bath. This room also features sliding doors to an adorable private screened porch complete with Adirondack seating and a bistro table. The guest bedroom is decorated in coastal hues and contains one queen and one twin bed, with a barn door leading into an updated en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination and a 37" Smart TV.

Situated in a private enclave, the villa is just steps away from a wonderful neighborhood pool and deck area that stretches into a tropical lagoon. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you close to the Seabrook Island Tennis Center and Equestrian Center. You can easily hop on the biking and walking path across the street to visit Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, or take a stroll around Palmetto Lake.
