This thoughtfully decorated villa is designed to make your vacation dreams a reality. The layout features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. For additional overnight guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. The home is characterized by beautiful wood floors throughout and a bright, open living area anchored by sliding doors that lead to a covered deck. On this deck, you can relax in large teak chairs and enjoy the warm sun and low country breezes.

The kitchen is clean and modern, boasting quartzite counters, white subway tile, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes a dining table that seats six, plus two counter stools for a social meal preparation experience. The great room is equipped with a 60" TV for streaming your favorites, while the bedroom features its own 32" TV. Both bathrooms are elegantly finished with quartzite vanities and large tiled walk-in showers.

Located on the exclusive Seabrook Island, this destination is a cashless environment. Your digital QR code serves as your key to Club and Lake House facilities. While pool access is complimentary, additional costs apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House fitness center or indoor pool ($15 per person per day).

• Minimum age to book: 25
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles permitted overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). One gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• Restrictions: LSV rentals are not allowed at Pelican Watch Villas.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $250 fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are forfeited unless the dates are re-rented. Monthly rentals require a 60-day notice for partial refunds.
