The guest bedroom provides two twin beds and its own en suite bath with a tub/shower combo and HDTV. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large HDTV, with direct access to the screened porch and deck—the ideal spot to anticipate the incredible sunsets each night.

Your stay is supported by high-quality interior details, including a fully stocked kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. The dining area comfortably seats 6, and a gas grill is available for your favorite BBQ recipes. For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office.
• Vehicles: Only GAS LSVs are allowed, and they require a gate pass. LSVs must be registered, insured, have a 17-digit VIN, a valid license plate, and a valid SIPOA entry pass. Drivers must hold a valid license. No off-road tires are permitted.
• LSV Usage: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches.
• Safety: SC seat belt laws apply; child seats are mandatory.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is available for purchase. Lake House only access is also an option. Note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island; all purchases are handled via a digital QR code.
