The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV, with a sliding door providing direct access to the screened porch. The guest bedroom is a perfect spot for friends or children, featuring twin bunk beds plus an additional twin bed. Both bedrooms are served by updated bathrooms, including a primary en suite with tiled floors and a large walk-in shower that provides a spa-like feel.

Designed with an open floor plan to keep everyone together, the home includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. A highlight of the villa is the screened porch, ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails, offering low country marsh views alongside the great room and primary bedroom. For your convenience, the villa includes a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, and the building features an elevator.

Located in a prime spot, you are just around the corner from the Racquet Center and a short walk from the Equestrian Center, the Lake House outdoor pool, a basketball court, and a playground. Hop on the bike path to visit Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Shopping Village, or head down Seabrook Island Road to explore 3.5 miles of magnificent beach. For golfers, the Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks courses are nearby.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum age to book is 25. Please note there is no covered parking. Gate passes are required and cost $45 per vehicle, with a maximum of 2 gate passes allowed per property. Only gas LSV rentals are permitted; these require their own dedicated gate pass and must be registered and insured. Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included, though some specific activities like golf, tennis, and the indoor pool incur additional costs.
