Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM; please notify the host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Note that late check-in fees apply after regular hours and no check-ins are permitted after 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and guests are asked to provide their estimated departure time 24 hours prior. The minimum age for reservation is 21 years old. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony, inside the condo, or anywhere on the property.

While the host provides all the basics—including linens, pillows, towels, cookware, and dishes—guests are responsible for washing dishes, emptying garbage, and laundering towels.
