For additional guests or children, the third bedroom is a dedicated bunk room equipped with 4 twin bunks, offering a cozy space for the kids to gather.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is rich with specialized features designed for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can unwind in the private 5-person hot tub or head to the back deck to enjoy breathtaking views overlooking Lake Taneycomo. For those seeking entertainment, the home includes a PS5, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with small appliances and an in-door ice and water dispenser. Nestled within a 42-acre resort, the location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. You have direct access to over 13 miles of manicured hiking and biking trails along Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo, and you can fish for trout directly from the lake. The resort also offers two stocked ponds for children's fishing, a playground, and a community outdoor pool (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
