A convenient powder bath is also located on the first floor.

Inside, you will find a modern interior highlighted by new Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout the first floor. The fully modern kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property allows Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) rentals, provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA guidelines. Your stay includes amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club, giving you complimentary entry to the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Additional activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, and the Lake House fitness center are available for an extra fee.
