Ocean Village is a very active community where there is always something happening. Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Stay: 7 nights (required by the Condo Association)
• Parking: Maximum of 1 car in the assigned parking lot
• Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no RVs, and no commercial vehicles
• Holiday Note: December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, but check-in and check-out are unavailable on these specific dates

To ensure a smooth entry, please bring a printed copy of your Rental Agreement and a photo ID to present at the Guard Gate. If arriving before 5 PM, please notify the guard that you are heading to the Rental Office; arrivals after 5 PM will find their keys and check-in package waiting at the gate.
