• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)
• Gate Passes: First gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle
• Amenities: Lake House Amenity Card available (Outdoor pool complimentary; indoor pool and fitness center require a $15 daily fee per person). SI Club amenities are not available.
• Restriction: No LSV rentals allowed

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival are refunded less a $250 fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior forfeit all monies unless the dates are re-rented.
