Guests and visitors should comply with all parking regulations. Four parking spots are provided in front of the lodge and additional parking is provided throughout the neighborhood with overflow parking signage. Please do not park on the street. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. Please do not rearrange furniture or other household items, but if necessary, please return all to where they were when you arrived. Before Departure: - Leave beds unmade, do not strip - Place used towels on floor in bathroom - Load dirty dishes in dishwasher and start - Please take trash to the dumpsters at the bottom of Foggy Bay Lane - Lock all doors. HOT TUB: You are responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Hot Tub instructions available in the digital guide sent to you prior to check in. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on the hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please keep Hot Tub thermostat at 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, hot tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative that everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Hot Tub to remove body oils, makeup, and lotions. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of subject property from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims, actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of hot Tub. Damages: All damages will be the responsibility of Guest and include but are not limited to liability for damage due to the following: (a) intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts of Guest or others on the premises during the tenancy; (b) theft from the premises of either the Owner’s property or property belonging to Guest; (c) gross negligence of Guest or intentional misuse of furnishings, appliances, equipment, or other amenities provided with the home; (d) damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (e) damages to real property resulting from operation of any motorized vehicle by Guest. This liability shall extend to all members of Guest’s party. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance separately for trip cancellations, accidents or illness, emergency medical expenses and property damage. Companies such as Safely dot com and TravelInsurance dot com as well as many others found on the internet, provide affordable protections. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate pets due to insurance liability.
