This updated retreat is located in the heart of the West Beach area, placing you just a quick 5-minute walk from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean or the Cougar Point Golf Course.

Designed for comfort across two stories, the villa's layout is optimized for groups. The first floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and shares a Jack N' Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which contains two twin beds.

On the second floor, you will find an open concept floorplan that integrates the main living space, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a long beach day, and includes a queen-size sofabed for additional guests. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area comfortably seats 8 guests. Step outside onto the great balcony to enjoy an open air deck overlooking the bike path and the beautiful nature Kiawah is known for.

Beyond the villa, adventure awaits. Explore the island's bike paths leading to Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village for wonderful shopping and dining, or ride over to Captain Sam's Spit to watch dolphins frolick in the water.
