The first level houses the master bedroom, which includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to a private covered deck with seating for three—the perfect spot to read a book or watch for kayakers and shrimp boats. This level also provides a full bath with a separate sink and vanity area, as well as a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Ascending six steps leads you to the kitchen and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wooden service board, providing ample space for meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a large table that seats six, ideal for sharing meals or a game of cards. Another six steps up bring you to the main living area, where soaring ceilings and a wall of windows flood the space with light. The great room is equipped with two queen sleeper sofas and a large Smart TV, with sliding doors opening to a screened porch. • Minimum booking age: 25
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). A gate pass is required; the first pass is included in your stay. Additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs): Only gas LSVs are permitted and require a gate pass. LSVs must be registered, insured, have a 17-digit VIN, and display a valid license plate and SIPOA entry pass. Drivers must hold a valid license. LSVs are for street use only; no use on beaches, boardwalks, or bike paths.
