This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and is tucked privately on one side of the cottage with its own full bathroom and direct screened porch access. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds, share a full bathroom and provide plenty of storage space. Each bedroom includes its own TV for added convenience.

Seabrook Island is a private gated community located just 23 miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. With ancient live oaks, towering palms, and abundant wildlife, the island offers a beautiful retreat for vacationing families. The pristine beach stretches three miles with clean, wide shores where dolphins play in the offshore waters. Deer roam freely throughout the island and are frequently spotted during walks or drives around the property.

Your stay includes amenity access to the exclusive Seabrook Island Club facilities through digital QR access. Enjoy the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant and bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant and bar, plus golf and tennis facilities. The Club access also provides entry to Lake House facilities including outdoor pool usage at no additional charge.

Practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The first gate pass is included with your stay, with additional passes available for $45 per vehicle (maximum 3 vehicles permitted overnight). Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited on the property, and the minimum age requirement is 25 with no parties or large gatherings permitted. Long-term stays are welcomed.
