A $60 refundable deposit is required for keycard issuance. Check-out is strictly 11am; late checkout requires approval with $90 fee, unauthorized late checkout incurs $250 fine. This is a non-smoking property with $500 smoking violation fee. Service dogs are welcome per ADA guidelines at no charge; other pets are not permitted due to carpeted floors and HOA restrictions, with $550 unauthorized pet fee. Guests are responsible for plumbing repair costs if inappropriate items are flushed.
