Location & Neighborhood Situated in beautiful Northern Palm Beach County, the resort is located in a very safe neighborhood adjacent to Carlin Park, known for its stunning beaches, heart trail, and amphitheater. Guests are just a short 1/2 mile walk from the beach and can easily explore the Jupiter Riverwalk and the charming "Funky Fishing Village." The area is highly walkable with numerous nearby restaurants and local attractions.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Access is provided via a keypad code. All guests must complete the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association (HOA) Guest and Lease Registration Form via DocuSign and provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID.

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional vehicles require an HOA permit at a one-time fee of $25 per vehicle. Commercial vehicles, pickup trucks over a half ton, boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, and buses are strictly prohibited from overnight parking.

Policies: Pets are not allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted on the premises.
