A copy of the guest's driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required upon booking. Pets are not allowed in the condo or on the beach. For security, RING doorbell cameras are installed at the front door, the parking area, and the back of the building. Guests have one designated parking spot, with additional street parking available. To ensure AC efficiency, please do not set the unit below 68°F and keep all doors and windows closed while in use.
