The home features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior mixes comfort and convenience, framed by vaulted ceilings and ample natural lighting. The living room provides ample seating and a large TV for evening movie viewings, while the well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. Coffee lovers will appreciate the provided Keurig and additional coffee makers. For a moment of relaxation, guests can enjoy the sunroom's excellent views and telescope. Additional interior highlights include a private washer/dryer and a loft space with a privacy curtain. Please note that the loft bedroom is accessible via a 22-inch wide spiral staircase, which is not recommended for small children, guests with mobility issues, or those with large suitcases.

Location and surroundings provide endless opportunity for adventure. The community boat landing is less than 200 yards away, welcoming kayaks and canoes. For those preferring land, rental bikes are perfect for reaching the island's often uncrowded beaches, which feature boardwalks and ample parking for crabbing, fishing, and sea-combing. Within an hour's drive, you can explore the historic city of Charleston, its wonderful restaurants, and the graceful Angel Oak tree.
