Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a secure four-digit door code, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note there are stairs leading into the unit. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and parties are not allowed. RVs, campers, and tents are not permitted on site. The minimum rental age is 21. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and are subject to additional fees, a signed pet agreement, and a refundable deposit. A refundable security deposit between $300 and $1,500 may be required. For security, all reservation holders must submit a selfie with a government ID before confirmation.
