The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king bed, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bath with a separate vanity area. On the second floor, you will find two guest bedrooms with incredible waterfront views; one offers a queen bed and en suite bath, while the second features 2 queen beds and its own en suite bath.

Designed for those who love the outdoors, the condo boasts a fantastic screened porch perfect for watching dolphins swim by, as well as an open outdoor deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for BBQ recipes. Inside, the open-concept living and dining areas create an inviting atmosphere, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for six that looks out toward the water. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen closet area.

Located just steps from the boardwalk, you are perfectly positioned for waterfront shopping and dining. Guests can explore 3.5 miles of pristine beaches or take a bike ride along the path into Freshfields Village. The property is approximately 0.8 miles from the Seabrook Island gate house.

• Minimum Stay: 3 nights
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested via the office.
• LSVs: No LSV rentals are allowed at Bohicket Marina residences.
• Security: Ring camera installed on property
• Note: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

Guest Access & Facilities: Guests have access to the private neighborhood pool at Bohicket Marina Village. Additional access is provided to the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center and the Lake House facilities. The Lake House outdoor pool is complimentary via QR code, while the indoor pool, fitness center, and group classes are available at a daily rate of $15 per person. Please note that amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa.
