• Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome (maximum 75 pounds each)
• Parking: 2 spots available; 1 pass is included with the reservation, with additional passes available for $40 + taxes
• Access: Guests have access to the rental property, the beach, and Seabrook Island's Lake House only. This requires an Amenity Card (available via the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide).
• Lake House Details: The unheated outdoor pool at the Lake House Fitness Center is free via QR code. An indoor fitness pool and gym are available for $15/day, and fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
• Restrictions: This property is not a Seabrook Island Club Member; therefore, access to the Beach Club, Golf, and Club Dining is not provided.
