-There is fire wood available for guest use next to the fire pit.

-There is a orange line on the bank of the lake to keep geese away, you are welcome to move it while using that area. Please put it back after moving it. -Power outage: If the power should go out, the generator will start automatically, it is not a whole house generator. Most of the downstairs will have back up power including all the appliances in the kitchen, except for the cook top and oven. Both bathrooms will have back up power. The air conditioning, heat, and water will continue to work when the power is out. All of the bedrooms will have power, except for the upstairs front queen bedroom.

-On Saturdays, the generator will start up to run a 10-minute test. You do not have to do anything special during this time and it will stop on its own.

-Map: Be sure to pin your hometown on the map in the dining room!

• The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

• Do not run air conditioning with doors open.

• Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.

• Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.

-Guests have access to the left side of the dock when using the home. There is no boat launch on the property, but there are nearby launches in the area.

-Guests ARE allowed to have a boat trailer on the property.

-Heating & Air: The thermostat is in the dining room. When you leave, please set the temper to 72 degrees in summer and 65 degrees in fall/winter.

-Please do not place the wine glasses with the blue fish or pots and pans in the dishwasher, as they are hand was only.

-Outdoor lighting: Please remember TURN OFF OUTSIDE LIGHTS, after everyone has settled inside for the evening.

-No pets Allowed

-Please DO NOT feed the wild animals such as: Geese, deer, squirrels, etc. If you see any geese down at the water, please run them off! They make a huge mess in the grass and we do our best to keep the area clean for our guests.

• Fireplaces are not to be used by guests -There is a golf-cart available for guest use( 18 and up ONLY) , guest must contact property management group in getting permission, sending a photo of drivers license, and code will be given to get the golf-cart key.
