Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Guests will obtain keys from the Sunlit Vacation Rentals office located minutes north of the condo complex on A1A. Two parking passes are provided: one for garage space and one for the top-deck space on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property with mandatory rental agreement completion required prior to arrival. Minimum age requirements and maximum occupancy limits apply to all guests, including adults and children.
