The layout is designed for comfort and style, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a dedicated bunk room equipped with a twin/full bunk bed that sleeps 4 children. Both the king and queen bedrooms offer a private TV for your relaxation, and every room is adorned in a colorful beach decor that makes the space truly enjoyable.

Inside the spacious interior, you will find new furnishings with a cute beach theme and elegant granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. While ocean views are great from every room, the view from the balcony is almost breathtaking. For evening entertainment, relax in front of the 55" HD Smart TV, complete with cable TV, streaming capabilities, and a Blu Ray DVD player.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated in New Smyrna Beach, guests are surrounded by exceptional restaurants, unique shops, and art galleries. The property also serves as a great base for exploring Florida's most famous attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and the historic city of Saint Augustine are all just minutes away.

• Note: Please rinse sand from beach toys and boogie boards before entering the unit
• Supplies: A starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap is provided; guests should purchase additional cleaning products and paper goods as needed. Beach towels and chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Please be aware that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for daytime noise and weekday workers, a special discounted rate has been applied to bookings during this period.
