The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a full bathroom across the hallway. The second guest bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, over-sized walk-in closet, sleeper sofa, and ensuite full bathroom with over-sized walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private balcony access. Four additional rollaway beds are available in closets to accommodate extra guests.

Key amenities include ocean, pool, and beach views, plus full beach access. The designer kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and expansive cabinet space, complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Entertainment options include TVs throughout, pool table, and dedicated workspace. Climate control features central air conditioning and heating, while convenience amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and elevator access. The sprawling private balcony offers comfortable seating and stunning ocean views, though please note the built-in grill is non-functional due to fire codes.

As an Ocean Vistas guest, enjoy exclusive access to the 75-foot heated oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, sauna, shared gym, and the amazing oceanfront clubhouse featuring library, dining area, plasma TV, fireplace, and entertainment space. Two parking spaces are included with assigned garage parking guaranteed for one vehicle and first-come-first-serve garage parking for the second. Self check-in is available via lockbox at 4:00 PM, with 10:00 AM checkout. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not permitted. Please note that primary bedroom and living room TVs have cable, while other TVs feature Roku devices.
