Please be advised that repairs to the seawall and deck are ongoing through the winter, which may result in noise disturbances, disrupted walking paths, and limited parking. The deck and grassy areas may be inaccessible, and beach access stairs are estimated to be back in service by January 31, 2025; however, neighboring complexes are currently allowing guest access to the beach. Additional fees apply for early check-ins and late check-outs, which cannot be accommodated during peak season.
