This expansive home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, including a primary bedroom with a King bed and TV, the Zen Room and Seashell Room each featuring a Queen bed, the Flamingo Room with a Queen bed, and the Tropical Room with a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The Ocean Room provides flexible sleeping with a twin bed and a full bed. The primary bathroom has been recently remodeled to include a luxurious rainfall shower, and the home also features a newly remodeled hall bath.

The heart of the home is an open floor plan with a large living room and dining area, complemented by a kitchen renovated in December '24 with new cabinets, countertops, a backsplash, and a new island with seating. Two large sliding glass doors lead to a private backyard oasis, where you can lounge beside the heated pool or relax under a large covered patio equipped with a smart TV, bar, and outdoor living and dining areas. The backyard is further enhanced by a Weber gas grill, fire pit with seating, a hammock, a tree swing, and a private enclosed outdoor shower, all bordered by tropical trees for added privacy.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For security, cameras are located at the front door exterior and driveway. The property uses 100% privacy-compliant noise monitoring equipment (no audio recorded). A rental agreement is required for all stays. Pets are not allowed. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
