Key amenities include a private heated outdoor pool available 24 hours (heated 7 AM to 7 PM, maintained at 80-85°F), fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining area and BBQ grill, extended driveway with 6 free parking spaces, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics, in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, 65-inch HDTV with Roku, ping pong table, exercise equipment, children's playroom with toys and books, central air conditioning, wood-burning fireplace, and outdoor shower. Beach essentials and bikes are provided for your coastal adventures.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Late checkout available for $50 with advance permission. Pool heating operates on a standard schedule, with 24-hour heating available for an additional $200. Please note the backyard shed is off-limits, and pool maintenance typically occurs on Mondays.
