For additional guests, a twin foldaway bed is available for use in either bedroom or the living room. Families will appreciate the provided toddler cots, pack and play, and a booster seat for the dining table.
Inside, the cozy living room features a 50-inch smart TV with Roku and a collection of toys, games, and books. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a breakfast bar and a variety of coffee options including a Ninja coffee maker, Nespresso, and French press. A dining table for six allows everyone to gather for yummy meals.
Location & Neighborhood Situated within the Point East complex, this property is beachside, meaning there is no need to dodge traffic to reach the shore. As the first residential building on the no-drive section, you can relax on the sand without worrying about cars. A public park with an access ramp is located directly next door, providing easy access for cars or golf carts to reach the shops and restaurants of Flagler Ave.
