By booking, you agree to these terms for your whole group: Only guests on the booking may stay. The booking guest is 25+, must stay for the whole trip, and is responsible for all guests, any damage and any HOA violations. The community pool (no lifeguard) and bunk beds are used at your own risk. Bunks are for kids 14 and under, 150 lb max on top. Adults must supervise kids at all times. No grills on balconies or patios. Use the HOA BBQ areas. No RVs, boats or trailers in the lot. No fireworks or open flames. Report any damage right away . Please treat our home like you would your own

Before you head out, please make sure nothing is left behind, including garbage and dirty dishes. Pods are provided to start washer. Leave used towels by the washing machine. Don’t forget to take all your groceries from the fridge; the kitchen should appear as you found it. Let us know if anything broke so we can fix it. Thanks for staying with us!
