Welcome to Cape Winds 308, your direct oceanfront retreat in Cape Canaveral. This bright, airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 guests and opens to a large double-wide balcony where the Atlantic takes center stage.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be advised that a concrete restoration project will take place from early April through to November or early December (timeline subject to change). Guests may experience construction noise and debris during working hours (typically weekdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to change). The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project duration.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements: The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with step-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a smart TV, perfect for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Soft, clean linens and towels are provided throughout.

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is 25-35 minutes away, while Orlando's theme parks including Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando are 60-90 minutes for day trips.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Long-term stays are welcome with automatic discounts applied for stays of 7 nights or greater. The unit includes essential safety features including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
