For added convenience, every room is equipped with its own TV.

The home is also strategically positioned for sports fans, situated just 1 mile from Giants Stadium and minutes away from Talking Stick Resort, various golf courses, and Camelback Mountain. Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix are both approximately 20 minutes away.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that City of Scottsdale law limits occupancy to a total of 6 adults and 6 children. Pool heating is available for an additional $25 per night (minimum two consecutive nights) and requires 48 hours' advance notice. Early check-in options are available for a fee (2 PM for $50 or 11 AM for $100) based on availability. For guest security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and backyard, and noise monitors are present in common areas. Please note that the pool light is currently non-functional and the property does not have safety railings or grab rails.
