One of the most extraordinary features of this property is its immediate access to the Atlantic. By taking the dedicated walkway from the home, you are only approximately 500 steps from the sand. Unlike many coastal properties, the beach in front of this home remains a full-time beach even at high tide, ensuring that there are no ponds or other obstacles standing between you and the shoreline.

Located on the exclusive Fripp Island, guests have the opportunity to access the private Fripp Island Club. Amenity cards are available for purchase for guests 13 and older, allowing access to the Club's prestigious facilities. Please note that if you choose to utilize the Resort Facilities, a Resort fee totaling 12.8% of the base rental rate will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. Guests are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
