The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main level, bedrooms 1 and 2 both feature two queen beds and private attached baths—one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination—with both rooms providing direct access to a large deck. The upper level hosts the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and a private balcony, along with bedroom 3, which offers a queen bed and a set of full size bunk beds. Both upstairs rooms include private attached vanity areas with mirrors, sinks, and commodes, sharing a large Jack and Jill luxury shower.

The heart of the home is an open concept main living area, comprising a kitchen, breakfast area, dining space, and family room designed to comfortably host larger groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces, and small appliances. For entertainment, the family room and all four bedrooms are equipped with large Smart TVs featuring cable and streaming services. Guests can also enjoy the oversized screened porch, which is furnished with four rocking chairs and two tables that seat four people each.

Located within the exclusive Fripp Island community, this home offers a gateway to a premium resort experience. Please note that the Fripp Island Club is private; guests 13 and older require an amenity card for facility access. These cards are available for purchase up to the maximum sleeping capacity of the home. A Resort fee of 12.8% of the base rental rate applies if you choose to utilize the Resort Facilities.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The home includes a high efficient, front load washer and dryer (HP detergent only). Please be advised that pets are not allowed.
