This spacious home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The second floor houses the sleeping quarters, including a primary bedroom with a cozy king-sized bed, a lovely seating area, and an ensuite bath with a shower-over-tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom enjoys its own access to a private balcony.

The first floor is dedicated to gathering and leisure. A stylish, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a built-in oven, a glass range top, and an island with ample counter space. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining area that accommodates 6 guests. In the adjacent comfortable living room, you will find a plush sectional sofa, two armchairs, a large wall-mounted Smart flatscreen TV, and a cozy book nook. A wrap-around balcony provides spectacular water vistas and views of the neighborhood's palm trees.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated on a private island, the property offers an exclusive coastal experience. Guests have convenient access to the community boardwalk for beach trips and can enjoy the local amenities provided by the Harbor Island Owners Association.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use. The community pools are open seasonally from April 1st to October 31st.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($300 for one dog; $500 plus tax for two).

Island Access: A non-refundable vehicle gate pass is required to enter the private island. Fees are per vehicle and vary by length of stay (ranging from $25 for a day pass up to $215 for long-term stays). Please contact the management team after booking to purchase your pass.
