On the first floor, the primary bedroom is ocean-facing and features a king bed and a private bathroom equipped with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom on the first floor provides two twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second floor includes an ocean-facing guest bedroom with a queen bed and a larger guest room containing both a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Experience the outdoors from the screened-in porch located off the living room, which offers lovely views of the dunes and the ocean. With its provided table and chairs, it is a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or meals al fresco. For those returning from the sand, an outside shower is conveniently located under the carport. The home is also ideally situated near the boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

Harbor Island provides an array of resort-style activities, including access to pools (open April 1 through November 1), a fitness center, tennis courts, and a basketball court.

• Access: All guests must obtain a non-refundable car pass to enter the private island. Gate pass information must be gathered at booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival. Pass fees are per vehicle and determined by the Island (ranging from $25 for a day pass to $215 for long-term stays).
• Parking: Available for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
• Age Requirement: Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve this property.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Security: Outdoor security cameras are active only when the home is vacant.
