Designed for comfort and togetherness, the home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged on the main floor to maximize ease and accessibility. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed with French doors opening to a sun-drenched deck, a large walk-in closet with a sliding barn door, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom is a charming space featuring a bunk bed with a queen below, a twin on top, and a twin trundle, complete with a small writing desk and en suite bath. The third bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower accessible via a pocket door.

The heart of the home is the wide-open living and dining area, where a neutral color palette enhances views of swaying palm trees. The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight with crisp white shaker cabinets, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and a large granite-topped island with bar seating for four. A farmhouse-style dining table provides additional seating for six.

• Access: A non-refundable vehicle gate pass is required for all guests to enter the island. Pass fees are set by the Island and vary by length of stay (ranging from $25 for a day pass up to $215 for long-term stays). Please arrange passes at least 14 days before arrival.
